What you'll be doing

Our organization is now on the lookout for a professional Store Manager. The chosen individual will have to be faced with the following responsibilities: - Achieve financial objectives through analyzing variances, monitoring annual budget, maximize results within the sales, operations and merchandising areas. - Render the best quality customer service through greeting and engaging clients. - Maintain positive relations through keeping opening communication lines with the members of the team. - Interview on-board and select talent for the team. - Coordinate and supervise employees engaged in providing the paramount quality services for our clients. - Ensure 100% adherence to the regulations and rules of the local licensing board. - Cope with the other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
