What you'll be doing

Drive sale and customer retention by performing customer transaction with the highest level of integrity. Maintain customer file in accordance with company policy and procedure. Increase store profitability through customer relationship management, development, community involvement, marketing and building new business source. Successfully determine and approve loan value based off of a comprehensive vehicle appraisal. Make daily bank deposit, accept customer payment, process vehicle lien and comply with all applicable consumer and privacy law. Manage customer account, ensure the payment are made in a timely manner, and collect on past due account. Effectively mentor and assist with employee training and development.

What your background should be

Leadership experience in sale or customer service oriented position required; retail or financial industry preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced and rewarding, result driven environment. Sales oriented mentality and a passion for great customer service. Valid driving license and car insurance. Excellent communication skill include both written and verbal communication.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent
