What you'll be doing

The role of the store manager is to drive the key performance indicators of the company by delivering an exceptional customer store experience through the store management and associates they supervise. The individual will motivate the team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass the company core values. Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and themselves accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards. Recruit, hire, develop and retain top management and sales talent for the organization, to include maintaining optimal staffing levels. Train and develop store management and sales team in all areas of job responsibility. Ensure that all visual directives are executed seamlessly and within scheduled time frame and allotted payroll budget. Direct and execute strategic, brand appropriate merchandising to maximize sales and presentation standards. Supervise and direct all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in conjunction with exceptional backroom standards. Manage the execution of the store business plan that drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities. Ensure proper scheduling practices that lead to maximization of sales potential.

What your background should be

Minimum three years retail management experience, or equivalent store manager experience is asked. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving & planning skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team; ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment; ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends are expected from the ideal candidate.

Required Schooling / Training

Minimum high school education or equivalent is required. Bachelor degree preferred.
