What your background should be: You are exactly what we have been searching for if you: - Live to reach goals, led by example and are aware of how to keep your teams accountable. - Have from five years of operations, management or leadership experience in hospitality, customer service or consumer sales environment. - Have a college degree or equivalent combination of real world experience and education. - Know how to develop and maintain a high energy, fun and family-friendly atmosphere in a company. - Have led team development, owned routine operations and driven the customer experience. - Know what to do in order to render the best customers services. - Are passionate about wellness, health and if you want to share this passion with the other people.
