What you'll be doing

The store manager supervise and participate in the day to day operation of the store ensure that the guest, both internal and external, has the best retail experience in the world. Support and participate in initiative that give back to the community to promote the company brand. Work in collaboration with internal and external team to leverage synergy opportunity across function and business. Consider impact of action on individual, team and the organization. Drive the recruitment, retention and development of a diverse range of talented people. Strengthen other through consistent coaching and feedback while drive productivity and morale of the team. Support an environment that encourage creative think and support risk take. Hold self and other accountable to high performance standard while provide guest with memorable experience. Develop strategy and help to translate into specific priority, objective and action plan. Understand and drive appropriate metric to assess business performance. Partner with store leadership team to ensure store open and close in compliance with company policy. Uphold all company policy as outlined in the standard operating procedure, employee policy manual and code of business conduct.

What your background should be

Three to five years experience preferred in specialty retail in a leadership role. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, even under pressure. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results. Proven ability to create a positive work environment. Ability to listen to feedback and take constructive action. Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to client company grooming guidelines. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in the English language. Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or equivalent preferred.
