The company is seeking for well Store Manager and who is responsible for ensure store presentation is consistent with company standards. Develop creative plans to increase store sales and decrease loss. Provide training and development for Assistant Store Manager and Associates. Manages store expenses and payroll to best address the needs of the business. Maintain communication with District/Regional Management to stay abreast of company initiatives. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Supervise the overall daily operation of a store including hiring, development, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure an extraordinary customer experience, cost efficiency, and quality store operations.
What your background should be
Two years sales or customer service experience in telecommunications and one year in management experience. Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. Ability to motivate and lead direct reports, to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
