What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the set up, management, operation and maintenance of all thrift stores. Responsible to create a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships. Responsible for sales, production, and expense budget goals for all stores. Maintain records, note trends, and take appropriate action, when necessary, to ensure that every store maintains a profitable operation. Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, training, coaching, assignment, and disciplining of all store personnel. Communicate with warehouse, sorting room and shops to ensure proper pricing, adequate supply, and timely deliveries to all stores. Ensure that all paper work and sales reports from all stores are complete, accurate, and forwarded to the finance department daily.
What your background should be
- 5 to 10 years of related experience. Possess a marketing background and strong managerial and organizational skills. . Must have a clear driving record.
