What you'll be doing
- The main focus of this position is to supervise all operational and financial resources to attain established goals and objectives. The Store Team Leader will use company tools, reports and feedback to effectively examine trends and determine opportunities. The incumbent will supervise all store processes to company standards involving freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sales, cash and inventory transactions. In addition, the person will approve and manage appropriate disciplinary action to associates, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines. The Store Team Leader will also ensure that the appearance of the store are maintained to standards including merchandise presentation and recovery.
What your background should be
- 5 years of retail management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
