What you'll be doing
- We are now in need of a professional Strategic Marketing Analyst, who will be required to take responsibility for the strong infrastructure that supports all aspects of the marketing, including process, tools, measurement and technology. The candidate of our preference will be required to refine and advance the whole measurement of impact we have on the organization including developing dashboards, KPIs and processes needed to both track the companys progress and enhance the effectiveness of our regional and global database efforts. The mist successful candidate for the Strategic Marketing Analyst role will handle job assignments alongside business owners in Marketing in order to put repeatable processes in place that ensure the best practices in lead management and campaign, and provide rich insights that will later inform all activities within the marketing segment. Among the additional responsibilities of the candidate for the Strategic Marketing Analyst position one should also mention data enrichment, augmentation and hygiene. Apart from managing process, the company is also on the search for a responsible and dedicated Strategic Marketing Analyst who thinks imaginatively and can generate brand new ideas that will elevate our programs. If you apply for the Strategic Marketing Analyst position, you will be required to handle the following responsibilities: - Generate quarterly campaign performance reviews and provide all the key teams of the results and recommendations in the most effective manner. - Collaborate with the marketing management team in order to track and conduct analysis of business and marketing development metrics all over the media channels. Provide monthly reports on KPIs and recommend all possible changes as required. - Monitor and perform all required adjustments in order to lead the scoring model. - Handle Marketing Automation administration
What your background should be
- The Strategic Marketing Analyst involves the following requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting. - Exceptional communication skills (presentations, oral and written). - Advanced used of the MS suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). - Power user of system administrator of Marketo, automation systems highly desired. - Prior experience of work with lead management process development and execution. - From 1 to 2 years of previous experience of B2B marketing operations. - Solid background in reporting / analytics. - Ability to work in a company team. - Ability to evaluate the stakeholders needs and requirements as well as generate highly focused reports and visuals in order to provide the stakeholders with the proper insights into their businesses. - Ability to quickly adapt to changes of working environment.
