Strategic Marketing Executive

What you'll be doing: The Strategic Marketing Executive will report to the strategy lead for consumer and small business marketing at the company. The individual will be responsible for driving marketing and enterprise wide strategies and executives in marketing and consumer banking to deliver on company client deepening and growth objectives. Define vision and set strategic direction, leading dialog in collaboration with key stakeholders. Evaluate incremental growth opportunities that align with business objectives and drive action based consumer needs, marketing performance and business/financial impact. Integrate across products, segments and marketing, attain increasingly effective results. Define and develop client experience framework to crystallize approach for driving step change in client service experience. Leverage consumer insights to identify and execute client centric offer strategies in a multi channel environment and leverage as a platform for driving change. Lead special projects across marketing and other parts of the consumer business.

What your background should be: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services including marketing, strategy or consulting roles. Executive level presence with ability to effectively interact with and influence senior leaders across the organization, knowledge of consumer company products and services. Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment often with a high degree of ambiguity. Strong personal skills to build relationships across the company at all levels. Excellent oral and writing communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information. Excellent analytical, problem solving and research skills. Positive attitude, creative/innovative has a thirst for knowledge. Expert in power point and excel skills.
