Strategic Reporting Analyst

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for manipulating large databases to transform raw data into business information that will provide meaningful baselines to help develop strategies and/or achieve strategic business objectives. Proactively identify anomalies in reports and/or data, escalate suspected issues and assist in efforts to resolve or clarify them. Manage daily maintenance, reconciliation and storage of reports and databases. Lead the development of various dashboards, scorecards and management reporting processes. Continually create efficiencies in the reporting process and refine metrics that enhance management ability to monitor the business. Support various reporting needs from business partners such as finance, real estate, human resources, communications and government relations. Maintain high level of understanding regarding how all areas of the company link together, the needs of the various areas, systems parameters, data limitations and impact on various departments when changes or development work is requested. Ensure projects and other deliverables are complete, accurate and on time.
What your background should be
- Minimum of three years of business experience in a corporate environment or consulting, preferably in an analyst role. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel required. Strong logic, data integration, analytical and problem solving skills. Fluency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required, preferably in economics, finance, demography, geography or related discipline.
