What you'll be doing
- Review inforce and new business transaction that pend for suitability review using system such as workbench, rpay, cyberlife or eboss. Provide recommendation to a principal as to whether each transaction should be approved or declined, in accordance with corporate suitability standard. Conduct outreach to agent to inform them of transaction which pend for review, explain the nature of the pend in question and procure updated information which may be material to review process. Engage manager or senior member of the team for guidance on unusual case or those requiring escalation. Provide outstanding service support to agent who contact with suitability related question. Compose accurate client correspondence confirming any investor profile changes made as a result of agent outreach.
What your background should be
- Fundamental knowledge of various industry product mutual fund, security, option and fixed income product. Understanding of insurance company and brokerage operation. Strong organizational skill. Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Commitment to providing best in class service to all business partner.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in liberal arts, economics or business preferred.
