What you'll be doing
- Assure compliance with established referral, pre certification and authorization policy, procedure and process by related medical services staff. Assure compliance with established onsite and concurrent review, case management, referral, pre certification and authorization policy, procedure and process. Assure compliance with emergency management policy, procedure, and process. Assist with the implementation of policy and procedure regarding medical case management. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulation and contractual agreement. Coordinate and communicate medical service function with other departmental function. Assist medical service staff with computer system issue related to case management. Conduct telephonic review of case with doctor, hospital and other provider.
What your background should be
- At least one year of case and utilization management experience. At least three years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting particularly in medical, surgical, pediatric, or obstetric. Strong interpersonal skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. RN license in the state of FL.

- Associate degree
