What you'll be doing

Managing material shortages critical material (molded parts, aluminum, Solla supplied components). Upon receipt of order, being able to accurately confirm ship dates and meeting OTIF or customer service expectations. Using the ERP system effectively (training or experience using it). Interfacing with other systems such BFI, LTMS, factory reporting. Managing forecasting in current Syspro ERP system and using it for planning. Executing site level agreements, being sensitive to customer needs and business restrictions and involving the commercial group. Striving to flexibly create customer value by continually learning about specific present and future needs, making compelling offerings and building loyal customer relationships. Engaging stakeholders in creating and implementing change processes by establishing urgency, effective communication, a common vision and shared understanding as well as early wins, including role modeling the changes. Deciding when to focus on which key short and long term issues to effectively spend own and others limited time for dealing with especially urgent or critical matters. Acting as a role model in terms of responsible, ethical, respectful, fair, accountable and trustworthy behavior in accordance with the core values of the organization.

What your background should be

Experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment 5-10 years. APICS certification or CPIM a plus. Strong ERP and data analytics background (data mining). Work with partners to work with the ERP systems integratively. Strong financial background or experience.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree (industrial engineering, supply chain management, accounting, business admin, a plus). MBA a plus.
