System Director, Care Management Support Services

What you'll be doing: Lead discrete project work streams assessing strategic opportunities and operational requirements to determine market strategies and tactics. Partner with the client executive and physician leadership team to establish trusted advisory relationships, foster leadership consensus and resolve organizational barriers. Serve as a lead interface between client and the company. Develop strategic analyses to resolve client central clinical and business needs. Oversee project team to conduct local market business-to-business assessments to guide client strategy. Present and communicate analytical findings in multiple provider settings in a concise and clear fashion. Redesign how Healthcare is offered over the continuum and to build relationships that strive for the best outcome of the participant.

What your background should be: 5 years of clinical or health care management experience required. Proficiency in MS office, word, excel, power point. Experience in healthcare focused implementations. Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies. Superior analytical abilities, ability to draw insight from findings and understand members business issues. Possess strong experience as an information technologist and business developer who can engage physicians and engender trust and credibility.
