What you'll be doing

It is the responsibility of the position holder to provide technical support to designers, marketing and sales departments, suppliers, engineers and other team members throughout the product development and implementation process. The Systems Administrator will execute functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications. The person will update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology. In addition, the ideal candidate will test and verify hardware and help peripherals to ensure that they exceed specifications and requirements, by recording and examining test data. Further, the incumbent will build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with computer simulation.

What your background should be

5-7 years of customer service related experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in computer science
