What you'll be doing
- Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organizational application systems. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Write down the documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures in detail. Perform a variety of tasks. Work under general supervision, typically report to a project leader or manager.
What your background should be
- Candidate will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience providing IT support for legal systems and 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong communication and coordination skills must be needed. Experience with eDocs, Atlas or learning management system is a plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- Require a Bachelor degree in a related area.
