What you'll be doing

As a systems development consultant, candidate will perform initial project engagement for large to medium scale projects with high to moderate complexity and coordinate with project management, technology, business, external vendor teams and client during the implementation phase acting as the single point of contact. Review and evaluate pipeline of work for product testing and perform sourcing and on boarding of testing staff. Forecast resource requirements and manage globally distributed test leads for test execution and producing all applicable deliverables. Develop testing approach through product assessment and apply implementation methodology for test management across a range of products and domains. Plan projects for testing implementations, level of effort estimation, resource estimation and allocation for end to end testing phase execution. Use test management tool for test execution, generation of metrics and reports and as the central repository for all executions. Provide post go live support and manage change requests for implemented applications. Provide supervision of test analysis on project. Provide reporting and tracking of all testing activities to project management on project.

What your background should be

The candidate must have 3 years of experience with testing phases of software implementation projects utilizing, authorial, problem log management system with HPQC, interactive voice response systems, problem log management and maintaining existing interface, reports and PS queries using SQL server. Alternatively, requires bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in electrical engineering or computer science, followed by 5 years of progressive experience with testing phases of software implementation projects utilizing, authorial, problem log management system with HPQC, interactive voice response systems, problem log management and maintaining existing interfaces, reports, and ps queries using SQL server.

Required Schooling / Training

Masters or foreign equivalent degree in electrical engineering or computer science is required.
