What you'll be doing

Provide secondary support of a technical nature for the finance and human resource application system. Perform lead work in the analysis, documenting, installing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring of student and business software. Perform all phase of system design, including preparation of workflow, system flow, file layouts, data description and testing strategy. Plan, coordinate, and supervise pilot run to validate accuracy. Analyze requirement and develop recommendation for hardware and software configuration. Coordinate activity with other programmer in making effective use of software and software tool. Perform research and development activity relative to web enabling existing and new software application using current and available technology.

What your background should be

Experience with workflow analysis and need analysis processes. Knowledge of a complex nature of computer application, hardware and peripheral installation and configuration. Skill in utilizing effective verbal or written communication in the development and presentation of training or instructional material. Skill in planning and coordinating with appropriate department the development and implementation of assigned projects.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED.
