What you'll be doing

Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of usable and useful evidence-based care processes. Lead analysis of market care-process needs, including support of virtual teamwork. Lead the design of usable and useful care processes. Use mixed-methods research to evaluate processes for effects on care quality, care-process costs, and satisfaction of the care team. Lead process mining to analyze the current state of processes, to monitor and improve processes in run-time, and to analyze the usability and usefulness of the processes. Lead the creation of cognitive tools such as process maps for software designers. Manage research contracts with external organizations.

What your background should be

Experience with process design/improvement and industry standards. Good understanding of the software development life cycle, architecture, design, software test automation and test-driven development. Very strong communication & negotiation skills. Experience with development of software-as-a-service applications. Experience with interface development and terminology standards.

Required Schooling / Training

BS in industrial engineering, operations research, computer science, clinical informatics
