Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

What you'll be doing: Generate leads, load resumes, manage profiles, and build out campaigns of passive talent. Train and support recruiters on usage of the system. Create and send out email campaigns with branded marketing. Source to fill specific talent for requisitions when needed. Manage and develop deep relationships with assigned target universities. Maintain and develop appropriate communication materials and event collateral to ensure consistent messaging and visual brand for recruiting outreach events. Provide communications to internal teams and external partners on outreach events and logistics. Coordinate comprehensive event planning and logistics for all university outreach activities. Organize, update and maintain a wide variety of resource information within the applicant CRM and tracking systems. Assist recruitment team in ensuring accuracy of data. Provide assistance to the university relations team with event logistics.

What your background should be: At least 1 year experience working with a CRM. Medium to advanced user abilities with Excel. Superior communication abilities, to deliver training on CRM and research tools in 1x1 and small group settings via teleconference/webex. Adept at using social media.
