What you'll be doing

The talent solutions manager role is designated to assist the site manager in the overall support of the temporary workforce at a customer location. Essentially, the position acts as an extension of the customer human resource department by developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer and temporary employees through best in class service. Work with the support of corporate and shared services staff, the supervisor will have a broad range of responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to work with customer hiring managers to understand staffing needs, facilitating the process to acquire temporary staff and then ensuring the needs are filled timely and with competent and qualified employees. The individual need to understand and be able to speak to the customer processes, procedures and policies.

What your background should be

2 years recruiting, staffing or vendor management experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience in screening, hiring, orienting, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees. Must also be able to market candidates to hiring managers and negotiate salary rates. Must be able to function in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders. Must be innovative in their approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations. Strong problem solving and decision making skills required. Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in human resources or related field.
