What you'll be doing

Support client operational requirement in a challenging, dynamic setting. The position require an active TS or SCI with polygraph security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidate will work well in team environment and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidate will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all level within the customer organization. The position require prior experience in supporting HUMINT operation or familiarity with the Intelligence community and its objective. The primary function of a Specialized Skills Officer is to collaborate with a team of intelligence professional in support of HUMINT operation against priority target. Candidate will be responsible for identifying targeting lead to enable a variety of intelligence operation through the exploitation of classified and open source database. Successful Specialized Skills Officer will identify and evaluate possible counter intelligence concern, drive HUMINT operation through written product and briefing and empower core collector by producing detailed targeting package. Review operational traffic for intelligence lead. Draft comprehensive targeting package in support of the client objective. Engage operational component within the customer organization to address targeting requirement and develop new lead for operational exploitation. Conduct detailed search on item of operational interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer component.

What your background should be

6 years of experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required.

Required Schooling / Training

BA or BS or prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or a related field as substitute for degree is required.
