What you'll be doing: Drive student outcomes, specifically on-time class and program level completion. Lead by example, modeling professional behavior and running an effective classroom and teaching salon. Show students how to build their business through guest interactions, social media, referrals, and online reviews. Work when scheduled. Help students manage time. Gracefully manage conflict. Collaborate with other studio luma teachers, solving problems and sharing best practices both in your classroom and online through unique iPad-based application, filmbook. Encourage student artists to use social media to share their work and spread the word about studio luma. Prepare traditional lesson plans.

What your background should be: The applicant should have experience in related field. Must have good communication skills. Multitasking ability must. Basic computer skills.
