What you'll be doing
- This individual is expected for supervising, guiding and motivating, and to help colleagues work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service. The qualified candidate will communicate results and design experiments as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Team Leader will be answerable for driving the discovery projects forward through the design and multistep synthesis of novel small molecule therapeutics. It is the duty of the Team Leader to mentor a team of chemists toward the optimization of hit compounds discovered through the library of the department.
What your background should be
- 5 years of industrial exeprience
Required Schooling / Training
- PhD in organic chemistry
Who is the client company
- Facilitates the overall market implementation and delivery of basic science products such as diagnostic assays and drug discovery.
