What you'll be doing

The Team Leader's duties are assisting and partnering with the Team Manager to help develop, motivate, and coach Intake Specialists to excellence. The successful applicant will be liable for helping the Team Managers in providing ongoing performance feedback; meet or exceed the expected side-by-side coaching/monitoring sessions requirements each week. Team Leader will oversee Specialist's calls in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program; champion's continuous improvement. The person will observe and report Team Performance and all worker issues to Team Manager. The position holder will interact with employees at all levels, encourage two-way communication.

3 years of experience in customer service

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/ GED
