What you'll be doing

This position exists to offer customer service to workers. Customers expect to have their service requests received and resolved in a timely, effective and courteous manner. Customer satisfaction is the first priority. The Team Leader will be responsible for providing service according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). It is the responsibility of the position holder to execute Quality Monitoring for all agents, ensuring desired levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. The person will reconsider employee statistics on a daily basis and provide coaching and constructive feedback. Additionally she/he will oversee and take action on timekeeping, personnel and payroll issues.

3-5 years management experience

Bachelor's degree
