What you'll be doing
- Team Leader will provide assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the objectives of providing First Class Service to the customers. Team Leader will work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure that the shops are running efficiently and day-to-day functions are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily replenishment orders and ensures that all locations are stocked appropriately. It is the duty of the Team Leader to record and properly refund returns, and will be required to maintain an accurate count of the store's cash-on-hand throughout the day.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school education/GED
