What you'll be doing

The principal purpose of this job is to manage work rules and assist with employee selection to the extent that it falls within department control. It is the duty of the Team Leader to schedule work, maintain department inventory and work instructions, and review employee performance. This individual will plan and schedule assembly operations to meet key metrics. Expected for the productivity and quality management. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for team members and support company policies. Duties involve interviewing, hiring and training new workers, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems, motivating and developing employees.

2 years of supervision experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree
