What you'll be doing

This position will guide a team in contributing services in a client, multi-vendor, multi-protocol complex network/systems environments. Interacts frequently with customer's vendors and management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. It is the function of the Team Leader to act as technical resource and point of escalation for team members. The incumbent will involve in determining and troubleshooting complex issues relating to product/service installation, update, configuration, operations, performance, or other features of information technology products and services. Also she/he will possess an in-depth knowledge of technical solutions and management tools.
