What you'll be doing

Coordinate the overall quality of the work team and demonstrate a basic understanding of quality standards. Lead production work teams to effectively monitor and track quality of product. Track and maintain records surrounding quality audit results. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and utilize process improvement tools among the work teams. Develop weekly work schedules as well as oversee the work team as it develop and execute the daily schedules. Oversee the production maintenance work orders and scheduling maintained by the production work team. Understand the labor contract as well as enforce policies affecting personnel administration. Prepare reports, work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

What your background should be

The candidate should have experience in related field. Desire to work in a manufacturing setting. Ability to build collaborative, cross-functional relationships. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree.
