What you'll be doing
- The selected candidate will schedule daily job works for personnel in a rotating shift environment and make sure that production timelines are fulfilled. It is the task of the Team Leader to resolve equipment issues as they arise. Team Leader's duties include to make sure that documentation are reconsidered and completed in accordance with company's regulations and procedures. The person will be answerable for maintaining processing area in a clean and orderly fashion, working with cross functional teams to attain departmental and organizational objectives, and reviewing documentation as needed.
What your background should be
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree
