What your background should be

2+ years of professional experience within the ITC sector, especially in customer service and sales environments. Dotcom or agency background, preferably in pre-and post-sales environments. Proven technical conversion competence of complex software integration environments. Basic knowledge of XSLT,HTML,CSS,SQL and JavaScript knowledge of MS office suite. Basic sales training (behaviors, methods, proceedings). Fluency and strong communication skills in written and spoken English (preferably native level). Other languages beneficial. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation
