What you'll be doing

The technical analyst is responsible for the development of automation tools to accelerate sales and services operations and processes. Document requirements and provide in depth technical assistance to professional services team to design, develop, and deploy tools and accelerate achievement of operational and business objectives. The candidate will analyze remote and onsite assessment data and creates customer-facing summary of workflow, process, and financial results. S/he will participate in customer facing activities with sales and services resources during the presales process through engagement to document technology, workflow, and process systems. Identify opportunities for improvement in use of system and providing/coordinating solutions. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Create system reports and extracts for analytical purposes.

What your background should be

The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in database administration. S/he should have 4+ years of technical consulting experience in developing, designing, building, and implementing complex technical solutions. Critical skills, excellent analytical and problem solving and time management skills, and strong technical skills including the ability to write scripts and fine tune procedures, and excellent communication skills (written, face-to-face, formal presentations).

Required Schooling / Training

Four years of degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
