What you'll be doing
- Understand deeply the enterprise industry landscape, the company's corporate strategy and positioning, and technology footprint and translate these into consumable, engaging content. Establish content tracking and reporting processes; consistently measure, analyze and report on content performance against key performance indicators. Use data analysis to discover and recommend adjustments to relevant organizations that drive improved content effectiveness. Manage content optimization strategy, continually testing, learning and evolving based on consumption and engagement data. Drive and prioritize user testing of content in partnership with the user experience team and other organizations. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop criteria and behavior based personalized information experiences. Partner with colleagues to promote product content as a competitive differentiator. Develop and implement content lifecycle management and governance practices for technical content at the company.
What your background should be
- 10-12+ years of experience as a leader in multichannel content creation. 10-12+ years of experience in technical communications, marketing communications, or technical marketing for IT-industry companies. International experience is a plus. Seven-plus (7+) years of relevant content creation and development experience that supports thought leadership, sales conversion, best-in-class support and an outstanding overall customer experience from first product use and throughout the product use lifecycle.
