What you'll be doing

A qualified technical support analyst will have the ability to solve issues related to web based applications and engage the appropriate resources via trouble tickets when issues cannot be immediately resolved. This resource must be able to deliver a high level of customer service and remain professional with all callers regardless of their attitude on the phone call. This position offers continuous growth and ability to grow your IT career to the next level. Must have college or professional IT experience with a thorough knowledge of applications and network/infrastructure. Qualified candidate must be able to do troubleshoot issues for internal and external clients in regard to hardware/software issues, network connectivity, and account creation in active directory.

Candidate must have knowledge about; help desk technical support, software troubleshooting, network connectivity, active directory and hardware support; with all levels of information technology and communication skills.
