Technical Support Representative-Recycling

What you'll be doing: KES program compliance monitoring and best practice development and management. DOT program compliance monitoring and best practice development and management. Lead the review and development of standard operating procedures. Provide support for capital project equipment installs. Provide guidance, technical support and oversight of emergency repairs to plant equipment as assigned. Improve system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes. Lead the development and implementation of maintenance effectiveness programs; monitor and insure plants are in compliance. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What your background should be: Firm understanding of DOT requirements & ability to insure plant compliance. Understanding of material handling systems, process flow and operator process interface in a typical recycling plant. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using AutoCAD. Experience with equipment selection and installation. Proven ability to oversee and manage contractors. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Proven oral and written communication skills.
