Technical Writer

What you'll be doing: In this position, the person will maintain and enhance existing technical manuals documenting software solution features and processes in the form of system manuals, user guides, and release notes. Technical Writer will be chargeable for organizing and analyzing source materials such as design and test specifications, design documents, and other scoping material. This individual will provide constructive feedback to the team suggesting actions to improve product and team performance. The ideal candidate will make a commitment to ensure that customer needs are met by taking personal responsibility for service and quality. Additionally, she/he will follow up to monitor satisfaction and respond to additional requests or problems quickly.
