What you'll be doing
- Responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, or instructions. The incumbent will work as part of our Client Services Team and collaborate across many departments. It is the accountability of the qualified applicant to write, peer review, and the timely delivery of documentation in a variety of media. Additionally, the person will track record in delivering user guides, online Help systems and other related documentation in a timely manner. The Technical Writer will have the duty to write technical direction on product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, marketing specifications.

- Science degree
