What you'll be doing
- The Technical Writer will be answerable for short-term, day-to-day functions such as maintaining KB articles, responding to escalated issues related to documentation and answering in-depth product questions. The Technical Writer will create and maintain internal, online documentation for product development and infrastructure teams. The Technical Writer will own long-term strategic projects, such as investigating cost and effort to migrate to new documentation platforms, maintaining an eye on industry platform standards. The Technical Writer is expected to create and maintain a cross-product standard glossary of terms. Furthermore, this individual will write technical direction on product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, marketing specifications.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of technical writing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
