What you'll be doing
- The Technical Writer will be responsible for working with other teams, including Product Management, Development, and QA, to understand product design and functionality. The Technical Writer will research available information, interview technical experts, and then write user documentation and online help to document the installation, configuration, and use of our products. With minimal supervision and general task definition, the Technical Writer will write or modify customer-facing documentation including user guides and online help, to fulfill specified requirements and deadlines. Moreover, this person will interview engineers and other subject matter experts to understand and translate content into documentation for end users.
What your background should be
- 5 years of technical writing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in technical writing
