What you'll be doing
- The Technical Writer will research and test features, and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content. The successful candidate will help enhance and expand the current documentation to provide a variety of learning tools for our customers. It is the task of the Technical Writer to deliver content for online documentation, video tutorials, onscreen text, and Knowledgebase articles. This individual will be responsible for translating technical information into clear, concise and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, she/he will work cross-functionally with SMEs in the Engineering, Field Support, Sales, and Marketing groups.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing
Who is the client company
- Provides antivirus, vulnerability management and granular control of user activity in Web, email and mobile environments.
