What you'll be doing
- The position of Technical Writer will be liable for development and maintenance of the official documentation. The person will also partner with support and marketing teams to make knowledge base content available to customers in a seamless, efficient, and integrated system. This position will involve ownership and project management of technical publications for Alien Vault USM, requiring close working relationships with staff members in engineering, product management, sales, support, training, and marketing. The incumbent will write accurate, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-follow knowledge base articles for existing and future customers. The Technical Writer will determine the needs and requirements for new and revised content via internal and external research.

- 3-6 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree
