What you'll be doing
- Accountable for providing assistance to operations and customer services staff in creation of run instructions for special processing, and reviewing user demands. Technical Writer will research system and reconsider clients needs to compile information and documentation for inclusion in manuals. It is the responsibility of the Technical Writer to coordinate with the preparations of organizations newsletters or other information sheet as needed. The person will create user documentation for a verity of material, involving how to guides and instruction manuals. Moreover Technical Writer will prepare charts, graphs, or forms to go along with rough drafts.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
