What you'll be doing
- The Technician Help Desk Support will be chargeable for providing high-level technical support, guidance and advice to Ernst & Young personnel in one or more of the following areas: networking, telecommunications, and/or high-level technical support - in accordance with company policy and procedure. It is the function of the Technician Help Desk Support to examine the impact of decisions, and guide others through the solution process in order to satisfy customer, OSS, and firm needs and objectives. Furthermore, the incumbent will act as a sub-area or national resource in On-site Support Services (OSS), applying technical knowledge to promote and execute solutions to complex technology issues. She/he will provide meaningful contributions to team efforts to increase overall departmental effectiveness.
What your background should be
- 7+ years of experience in support of IT products
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
