What you'll be doing
- Manage day to day interaction with executive client and sponsor. Manage and deliver component of client engagement that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solution for large company. Responsibilities include, among other, managing team in the identification of business requirement, functional design, process design including scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedure. Develop and maintain contact with top decision maker at key client; organize and lead pursuit team; participate and lead aspect of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
What your background should be
- Ability to understand and analyze existing problem management, triage and change management processes. Strong oral and written communication skill, including presentation skill. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
