Becoming a Teller is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customers expectations. They must offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions. Tellers are empowered to make the right decisions for our customers. Tellers have a unique opportunity each day to build relationships with our customers by recognizing their banking needs and referring them to experts on our team. Individuals who enjoy being members of a team. Tellers develop their skills by participating in training activities and work with their team to achieve their individuals and team goals. Tellers are responsible for demonstrating professional behavior with regular attendance and punctuality. They also project a professional image in dress, manner, and communication. Tellers must also comply with all bank policy, regulations and laws.

What your background should be

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community, ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, previous cash handling experience, previous Teller experience, demonstrated customer service skills, demonstrated referral sales skills, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills

Required Schooling / Training

High School diploma or equivalent
