As the Director of the Contact Centre, you will:
- Assure that safe, top quality, cost-efficient patient oriented care is delivered to meet family / patient health care requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Help with providing planning, direction for services, properly managing resources and improving the full scope of services rendered by the Contract Center to the clinics, hospital and the community.
- Provide professional support to the CMH Service Excellence Program using proficient knowledge of CMH Mission & Vision, Shares Values, and Strategic Plan.
- Manage multiple individuals and collaborate with the representatives of the other teams.
