Therapeutic Behavioral Services Supervisor

What you'll be doing
- Conduct TBS assessments and formulate initial TBS treatment plan/functional analysis of behavior. Facilitate treatment team meetings. Ensure monthly billing is completed on time. Provide TBS coach supervision, group and individual. Develop and facilitate in-service trainings. Review and sign all TBS documentation. Respond to and manage any crisis situation and report incidents to the program manager. Verify all SIRs are submitted to the county and SMHP within 24 hours. Attend all county required meetings. Assist clinical director in preparation for all county and state audits. Perform other duties and responsibilities as designated by the clinical director or administrative personnel.
