Title Specialist

What you'll be doing: The title specialist will be responsible for providing title solutions. The successful candidate will provide these solutions by contacting all parties involved with the purchase of the car. The title specialist works closely with various departments throughout the organization along with consultants and attorneys to administer purchase agreements, contracts and title policies; advises in the designing and implement or development plans. In the case that the auction house attempting to sell the car is having issues with retrieving proper documentation, the title specialist will assist accurately complete title releases per published guidelines and respond to all items in the release team e-mail box, up to and including, processing releases of lien, faxing copies of titles.

What your background should be: Applicant must have at least one year inbound/outbound call center experience. Ability to type 40+ words/minuet and make 80+ outbound calls/day. Demonstrate computer efficiency; experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
